Job Description


Job Purpose: To provide an enhanced level of customer services and operational support. Customer Services agent will deal with shipment specific and other service-related issues. Requirements: Roles and Responsibilities Inbound Calls: 1) Answer calls and respond to emails 2) handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email 3) research required information using available resources 4) manage and resolve customer complaints 5) provide customers with product and service information 6) update existing customer information 7) process orders, forms and applications Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
