Roles and Responsibility




Responsibilities

• 
  Overseeing and assessing customer service staffs\xe2\x80\x99 activities and providing regular performance-related feedback.

• 
  Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of the customer service operations team.

• 
  Assisting customer service staff with duties where and when required.

• 
  Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.

• 
  Investigating and solving customer service complaints.

• 
  Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff.

• 
  Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities

Customer Service Supervisor Requirements:

• 
  2+ years of work experience in similar position.
• Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
• Former working experience in a digital/online company/
• High level computer skills.
