Assistant Manager / Manager - Customer Support

Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Work Days:

5 (Monday To Friday)

Work Time:

10:30am To 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.

(Product training will be given)

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately using our CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Record customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and product offerings. Collaborate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of shipping issues. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and new product launches.

Candidate Profile:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce, nutrition, or wellness sectors. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-first attitude with a focus on problem-solving and empathy. Basic knowledge of health, fitness, or nutritional supplements is a plus. Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic working knowledge of Excel required Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
