Process improvements Jointly with other stake holders - Identifying areas for improvement in resolving the CRM within TAT. Skills Sound domain knowledge of logistics and understanding of ELD, regulatory aspects, well versed with product, policy and processes, Good understanding of Sales, Operation and processes.
