  • Manage cs team and sla
  • Handling escalation
  • Maintain zero escalation
  • Train team on process
  • Hire team members as per business needs
  • Should have experience in customer life cycle ,challenges in customer service, retention strategies

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb965,000.00 per month Schedule:
