About the internship

Responsibilities:

1.Digitising Feedback form
Accurately enter feedback forms and other relevant data into our system.
Ensure the completeness and correctness of data entered.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
2. Client Communication:
Contact existing clients via phone to provide them with program-related information.
Assist clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions.
3. Documentation:
Organize and maintain physical files and folders, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Create and update files as required.
Implement effective filing systems to manage documents efficiently.
4.Customer Support:
Receive incoming customer calls and address their queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about our program, services, and policies.
Follow established procedures to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum graduates in any stream
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working with physical documents and maintaining filing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, customer support, or related roles.
Familiarity with CRM software or other data management tools.
Knowledge of effective customer service techniques.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
