About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively.
2. Report on reviews and feedback from customers and members and collaborate with marketing and product departments to consolidate the findings and insights.
3. Ensure all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved.
4. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness and drive member engagement & retention
