Experience: 0-3 years in a customer service role
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls (North America process)
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Customer service experience preferred (freshers with Grad/PG can apply)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
