Customer Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Delivery Coordination:
Effectively coordinate with various delivery services to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products, especially for our cloud kitchen operations.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and offerings to provide recommendations and answer customer questions accurately.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
Sales & Upselling:
Proactively suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to help us improve our service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools, especially WhatsApp.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
