• Lead Sourcing:

• Assist the Sales Manager (SM) in sourcing potential customers for LAP through various channels including Digital, Direct, and Connectors.
• Engage with online leads effectively and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Target Achievement:

• Work towards achieving monthly targets for sourcing LAP new customers.
• Strive to meet personal and team goals to earn performance-based incentives.
• Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a deep understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP
• Provide accurate and detailed product information to potential customers, helping them make informed decisions.
• Experience in Sourcing:

• Utilize previous experience (1 years minimum) in sourcing LAP and HL products to develop efficient and effective strategies for customer acquisition.
• Leverage past knowledge to anticipate customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
