Summary:

The Business Loan Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to businesses that are seeking a loan. This includes answering questions, processing applications, and providing updates on the status of loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business lending and be able to provide clear and concise information to customers.

Responsibilities:
