Job Description

Quote and follow up

on customer RFQs for import/export shipments, working closely to convert inquiries into bookings.

Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners

to ensure timely and smooth job execution while keeping customers updated. Act as a

link between sales and operations

, ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and service standards. Support the

development of SOPs, reporting structures

, and customer service metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements. Participate in
