Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and service tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
