Lead Sourcing: Assist the Sales Manager (SM) in sourcing potential customers for LAP through various channels including Digital, Direct, and Connectors. Engage with online leads effectively and identify new opportunities for business growth. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly targets for sourcing LAP new customers. Strive to meet personal and team goals to earn performance-based incentives. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP Provide accurate and detailed product information to potential customers, helping them make informed decisions. Experience in Sourcing: Utilize previous experience (1 years minimum) in sourcing LAP and HL products to develop efficient and effective strategies for customer acquisition. Leverage past knowledge to anticipate customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
