Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising. Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions. Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals. Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
