Job Description

Responsibilities:



Answer US customer queries in a timely and efficient manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff. Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.

Qualification :



Bachelor's degree. No backlogs

1-5 years experience in international voice process.

Excellent English communication skills

(American accent is preferred) Willing to work in night shifts (10:30PM to 7:30AM). Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
