Job Description
Note: It's a US Calling Customer Service & Sales Process:
- Make Inbound calls & Outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Pitch products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Proficient in English
- Min. 6 months experience in International Inbound & Outbound calls from KPO/BPO organisation.
- Experience in handling Customer Relationships
- Excellent in communication skills
- Skilled in pitching, presenting, prospecting & negotiating
- Ability to achieve targets & generating leads
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Night shift
