Make Inbound calls & Outbound calls on a daily basis.
Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Pitch products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications / Skills:
Proficient in English
Min. 6 months experience in International Inbound & Outbound calls from KPO/BPO organisation.
Experience in handling Customer Relationships
Excellent in communication skills
Skilled in pitching, presenting, prospecting & negotiating
Ability to achieve targets & generating leads
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
