- SSC +1 year of experience in international BPO for Voice or Chat.

- Fluent English speaking is mandatory
Create and curate knowledge articles, enabling customers to resolve their issues independently.
Troubleshoot customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue all the way to resolution, explaining the best possible. solution, while ensuring compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and policies.
Collect and analyse customer information.
