Job Description
- Incoming calls/outgoing calls
- Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s calls
- Dealing with supplier issues, any supplier issue should be resolved within the half hour and called back with an update, if not resolved still call back the supplier and explain the issue is getting dealt with once we have more updates on the order we will be back in touch.
- Customer calls
- (Providing customer\xe2\x80\x99s delivery update, once confirmed with the planning team for certain day delivery, please ensure the delivery is booked and not left out or forgotten.
- Resolving all delivery issues
- liaise with the warehouse for any not founds or parts missing deliveries.
- Not founds/non-fits \xe2\x80\x93 calls.
- Confirming routes
- Night shift
- Overtime pay
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
