Vacancy For Customer Sales Support Executive

Join us as a Customer Sales Support Executive based in Pune to be responsible in providing customer total ownership for Complex quotations/tenders, Online tenders, Complex order processing till execution, Pre inspection, communication & Invoicing for Capital sales and aftersales for given assigned regions and an interface between customer and external sales team.

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Customer Sales Support Executive would be responsible for:

  • Efficient handling of enquiries/RFQs for Marine service for Marine Customers
  • Manage order execution process, from the quote acceptance, Order Acknowledge Management, deliveries from the factories, Coordinate with central functions (both Denmark or Nijmegen) for correct and timely quotations.
  • Ensure timely submission of quote for parts to Marine customers.
  • Evaluate the spare parts requirement against customer RFQ. Suggest recommended parts with correct offer to customer needs.
  • Evaluate the part requirement recommended in FSE report and service patrol report and prepare an offer in coordination with external sales team.
  • Coordinate with service centre, evaluate the service repair estimate, prepare repair offer of the equipment for Marine customers in coordination with Service product managers.
  • Response time is key performance indicator for both transactional and non- transactional quotes.
  • An interface between customer, Sales support centre (Singapore), Spares support & order handling (Aalborg, Denmark) and external sales (India).
  • Support Install base coordinator by providing the equipment details for IB and in GSM
  • Sense of urgency, proactive/prompt response to customer needs
  • Be an active team member in ALPS drives.
  • Manage order execution process, from the Order Acknowledge Management, deliveries from the factories up to invoicing.
  • Responsible for response time to process aftersales orders.
  • Responsible of achieving order TAT and timely execution of clear order.
  • Responsible for clear executable orders backlog with visibility of execution time frame.
  • Support the customer solving basic technical questions. Coordinate with operations &. Communicate to obtain current production dates, update required systems and communicate changes with customers.
  • Responsible for coordinating with various inspection agencies technically and commercially.

  • Graduate engineer 3 years to 5 years of experience
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • INCOTERMs
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Sales support /Order execution experience.
