- Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain productsr
- Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.r
- Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.r
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.r
- Render prompt post sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domainsr
- Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers.r
- Maintaining the desired persistency ratior
- Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.r
- Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever requiredr
- To develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targetsr
- r
- Minimum 2 year sales experiencer
- Good Communication Skillr
- Any graduter
- Age upto 40 yearr
Education: Any Graduate
