Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pitching and closing.

Lead Generation:

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.

Product/Service Promotion:

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.

Handling Inquiries:

Respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate product information and pricing.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention:

Ensure repeat business by maintaining post-sales follow-ups and offering excellent customer service.

Market Feedback:

Collect and share customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends with management.

Documentation:

Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions in CRM or company systems.

Team Collaboration:

Work with marketing, support, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
