Customer Retention Executive

Job Description

Identify and contact inactive or lost customers via phone, email, and CRM. Understand reasons for customer attrition and develop strategies to win them back. Promote new offers, products, or services tailored to customer needs. Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and recovery targets.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. Minimum 3-10years of experience in customer retention, tele-sales, or account management. Strong communication and convincing skills. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability. Experience in Google sheets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
