What You'll Be Doing



Lead Conversations that Matter:

Handle calls, chats, and emails, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Be a Solution Finder:

Understand customer needs and recommend services or upgrades that add genuine value.

Own the Experience:

Track, escalate, and follow through on cases until fully resolved.

Be the Voice of the Customer:

Identify trends, share insights, and contribute to improving processes and products.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with operations, product, and marketing to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Learn, Grow, and Earn:

Receive training in the latest tools, customer psychology, and communication best practices while being recognised for high performance.

What Success Looks Like



Consistently beating first-response time targets. Maintaining high CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores. Resolving cases within SLA timelines. Recommending relevant services or upgrades naturally during conversations. Proactively sharing customer insights that support business improvements.

What You Bring



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A curious, empathetic approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry (training provided if needed). Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
