Key Responsibilities
Contact existing subscribers whose memberships are nearing expiry.
Explain renewal plans, added benefits, and new offers to encourage continuation.
Maintain follow-up calls, WhatsApp chats, and email reminders for renewal conversions.
Update customer records and renewal status accurately in the CRM.
Handle customer feedback or minor service issues tactfully to ensure retention.
Coordinate with operations or support teams for any member-related queries.
Meet monthly renewal and upselling targets.
Share customer insights and renewal trends with management regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in renewals / telecalling / customer retention / inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language an advantage).
Pleasant telephone manner and persuasive communication ability.
Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
Educationam
Minimum: HSC or Graduate in any stream
