Handle customer interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Follow-up with customers for service reminders, post-service feedback, and pending issues.
Maintain customer data and service records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Manage calls related to service bookings, escalations, and complaint handling.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer follow-ups and feedback status.
Support service campaigns, service camps & promotional activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Any Graduate (Automobile or Marketing background preferred)
Excellent communication & customer handling skills
Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel & email etiquette
Positive attitude, proactive and customer-focused mindset
Fresher or experienced (Automobile sector experience preferred)
