Job Description

We are looking for Customer Operation Associate position that is a critical part of CreditEnable's Operations team and is responsible for responding to customer enquiries through outbound telephone calls, social media enquiries, and email communications. The overall objective of this role is to provide resolution to client enquiries, take warm leads through to the next step in the sales process, identifying the best fit for loan products, and identifying various cross-sell opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound welcome, marketing, and sales calls to new, potential, and existing clients
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide the solution
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
  • Follow up calls with potential clients who have been lined up for subsequent call-backs
  • To act as a liaison between the CreditEnable Operations and Credit Team
  • Provide additional support with our ongoing customer inbound and outbound contact, picking up emails and calls as required
  • Daily and weekly MIS reporting
Key Requirements:
  • Graduate with fluency in Hindi, English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling process in FinTech, NBFC, or Financial Institutions
  • Strong target achieving skills
  • Open to rotational work shift timings and working on weekends
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
  • Good computer skills
  • Ease with CRM, IVR, and data reporting systems
