Hiring Female CRM Sales Executive (Location : Mira Road)
Minimum experience of 3 years
Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Graduate
Salary: 935,000.00 to 40,000 per month
Responsibilities :
Welcome Call / Email and Service Calls.
Collection and Outstanding Follow Ups.
Follow up for Registration.
Completion of booking formalities post closure
Experience of CRM
Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
Cancellation and Refund Process
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Issuing Demand Letter, Receipt, Builder NOC, Reminder, Interest Letter.
Checking of documents post booking.
Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
Preparing Reports
Prefer Candidate from Real Estate sector only.
