Customer Complaint Management



Handle and resolve customer complaints related to elevator systems. Track issues and escalate when necessary. Resolution time, customer satisfaction rating

Enquiry Management



Process customer inquiries related to services, installations, and maintenance. Response time, quality of information provided

Coordination with Head Technician



Report any new complaints or service requests to the Head Technician. Ensure effective communication. Number of complaints escalated, resolution time

CRM Reporting & Documentation



Maintain CRM records of customer feedback, complaints, and service requests. Generate reports on trends. Accuracy of documentation, report submission rate

Client Follow-Up



Follow up with clients after service requests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Follow-up completion rate, customer feedback score

Elevator Industry Knowledge



Utilize knowledge of elevator industry and maintenance to assist customers and resolve concerns. Knowledge application effectiveness, customer trust level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
