Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in managing post-sales client engagement, ensuring smooth documentation, handling client queries, and acting as a bridge between the client and internal departments. You will drive customer satisfaction, build trust, and ensure timely possession and handovers, contributing to long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong post-sale communication with homebuyers.

Serve as the single point of contact for all customer queries, concerns, and service requests.

Coordinate site visits, meetings, and walkthroughs during the construction and handover phases.

Ensure timely execution of Agreement to Sale (ATS), Sale Deeds, and Registration formalities.

Coordinate with the Legal and Accounts teams for due diligence and compliance.

Maintain accurate customer documentation and records.

Track customer payment schedules as per the agreement.

Follow up on outstanding dues and coordinate with the Accounts department.

Explain payment terms, milestones, and demand letters to clients.

Organize pre-possession checks and snag list resolutions.

Manage possession formalities, welcome kits, and key handover.

Collect feedback post-possession for service improvement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and clear communication.

Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues when required.

Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) or similar satisfaction indicators.

Work closely with Sales, Projects, Legal, Accounts, and Facility Management departments.

Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
