Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and recovery targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Minimum 3-10years of experience in customer retention,
Good in written and spoken english skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Experience in Google sheets
