Planning & Coordination Agreement for Sale Registration process.

Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co- ordination of engineering department.
Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation & loan process. All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement, Arrangement of Registration.
Completion Demand Letter, Reminder Letter.
Attend monthly sales report meetings with the management, Keep records of sales productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or MBA
Experience in Real Estate
Excellent communication skills - Telephone etiquettes.
Requirements Preference will be given to candidates with inside-sales experience Candidate should possess Excellent Communication skills Knowledge of MS- Office.
