: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel. Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product/service received. Should be ready to travel. Key Skills Excellent communication skills in English, and Hindi. Good relationship management and networking skills. Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same. Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment. Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/PowerPoint
