Fresh Plate food and Beverages PVT Ltd is a company based in UAE we are looking for young and energetic female candidates who is capable of doing a customer-facing, numbers-oriented job for our Cafe in Thrissur , The Shakespeare's.As Customer Relations Executive/ Host you will work with a group of people who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch service and who think that anything is possible while having fun in all we do.Key responsibilities: -
- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships.
- excellent command in both Malayalam and English.

- Multitasking with social skills.

- Experience in Food and beverages field will be an added advantage.
