Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities: \' Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website \' Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads \' Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers. \' Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client \' Prepare documents with required details about the property and share them with the client \' Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI . \' Follow SOP and ensure smooth process while dealing with the customer. Make sure t o resolve their complaints quickly and efficiently. \' Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales \' Responsible to prepare DAR report and share it with EA Skills: \' Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \' Proficient in all Microsoft applications. \' Superior product knowledge. \' A team player with leadership skills. \' Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
