Position Title: Customer Relationship Manager About QUP APP-Consult with your patients online to keep them safe. Q UP online consultation provides a seamless experience and offers the ease of offline patient consultation in a secure online environment. With Q UP, patients can get access to their trusted physician online and allows them to share files, images, and even reports, to get a great consultation experience. Also known as a client relationship manager, a customer relationship manager maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers. Customer relationship managers build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image. Job Responsibilities Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Building and maintain profitable relationship with doctors Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. Lead Generation Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Superior product knowledge.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Willing to Travel
• Good Convincing Skills

CTC: As per industry standards and skills set availing. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 916,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
