CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) No of openings: 10 Work Timing: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Location: Jayashree spun bond (office)
no: 42, Old kuyavarpalayam road, Madurai - 625009 Education Qualification: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing Candidates preferred : Female only Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential clients via phone and emails Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls for prospective clients. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Desired skills and Experience Prior work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales) Experiencing in supply chain and logistics management will be an added advantage. Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software. Fluency in MS Excel. Excellent communication (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam will be an added advantage) and negotiation skills. Package CTC: Rs 1.8 LPA \xe2\x80\x93 3.5 LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency.
