1. Engineers call alignment, follow up and mail communications
2. Ordering and receiving supplies
3. Maintaining the inventory
4. Keeping material readily available
5. Ensuring calls for service are entered into the CRM system and closed once work completed
6. Creating CRM, Transcendent and other reports
7. Answering the phone and taking messages
8. Assisting in engineering task when needed
9. Maintaining the engineering check book
10. Assist with project quotes and tracking work
11. Coordinate the RMA process with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
12. Track RMA cases from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies.
13. Maintain accurate documentation of RMA transactions, including approvals and shipments.
14. Act as a point of contact for RMA-related queries and updates.
15. Collaborate with the technical team to gather necessary details for RMA cases.
16. Provide regular updates to customers and vendors about their RMA status.
17. Identify gaps in CRM and RMA processes and suggest improvements.
18. Ensure compliance with data entry and RMA handling best practices.
Minimum graduation is required
