Dear Candidate , Greeting from Ericson..! We are having a requirement of CRM role(Client servicing) JD
  • Daily interaction with Insurance company on claims
  • Sharing data and reports
  • Providing details on Ombudsman, IRDAI, Legal cases & Grievances claims
  • Following up for cases pending for payments
  • Getting claims reviewed with insurance company escalated to us.
  • Interacting on day to day basis with Brokers on Outstanding Claims
Sharing data and reports with Broker team
Reply to broker escalation mails.
