Job Description

Manage and drive the renewal process for existing customer contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction Identify and address customer needs and concerns Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to streamline the renewal process Track and report on renewal metrics and performance Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers Provide regular updates and forecasts to management
