Roles & Responsibility- Call & Chat process. Build relationships with prospective clients. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients. Manage sales pipeline. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Budget-management skills and proficiency. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges to leads generation for the business.
