Description: We are looking for a responsible and driven Customer Relations Executive to help us grow and support our brand\xe2\x80\x99s online sales. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new leads, following up with customers and maintaining healthy customer relations. The candidate must have strong people skills and should be capable of researching the market and identifying key business prospects to help reach and exceed the company\xe2\x80\x99s expansion goals. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, messaging, etc. Address the concerns of current and prospective customers Gather feedback consistently and implement changes accordingly Create frequent reviews and reports of performance Follow up with customers and potential leads and drive them towards conversions Key Skills: The following skills are vital in fulfilling the role: Proven experience as a Customer Relations Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales and lead generation Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Additional Skills: Sense of ownership and pride in the company\xe2\x80\x99s success Ability to research and understand the products effectively Proficiency in sales and ecommerce platforms What you stand to gain from Jivika Naturals: You would experience the gradual development of a brand as an integral part of its growth.
