We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented

Customer Relationship Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, managing customer accounts, and fostering long-term relationships. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Track customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve products/services. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and business growth. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Assist customers in the onboarding process, providing product demos and guiding them through service offerings. Prepare and deliver reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and account health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles (preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and customer service platforms. Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns in a calm and efficient manner. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in customer retention and relationship-building strategies. Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and recommend improvements. Ability to adapt to different customer needs and handle a variety of situations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
