We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional to manage and enhance our customer relationship strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing CRM tools, analyzing customer data, and supporting business growth through improved customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Track customer interactions, analyze trends, and generate reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
Create and execute customer engagement strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
Maintain a database of client information and communication history.
Coordinate with technical/service teams to address customer
