Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the property management system (PMS)
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation
Handle guest complaints or concerns tactfully, escalating to supervisors when needed
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth guest service
Maintain guest records, process payments, and generate bills accurately
