Act as the main point of contact for guest queries, requests, and feedback.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
Upsell hotel services, amenities, and promotional packages where appropriate.
Collect and analyze guest feedback and share insights for service improvement.
