The job of a Premium Service Specialist is to reach out to high profile customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product features, advantages, benefits and provide options whereby customers can find a suitable prospect.Key Responsibilities1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned2. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.3. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers4. Meet individual and collective revenue targets by suggesting appropriate offerings basis customer need and potential5. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade and/or renew6. Strictly adhering to the process and quality requirements7. Document call information according to standard operating procedures8.
