Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell stainless steel products. 2. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer their inquiries. 3. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. 5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. 6. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly Qualifications and Skills: 1. Previous experience in tele sales/ sales coordinator/ customer service/ telemarketing, preferably in the stainless-steel industry. 2. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanour. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 5.
