Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact, managing a portfolio of clients.

Issue Resolution:

Address complaints, troubleshoot problems, and find timely solutions.

Relationship Building:

Foster trust and loyalty through personalized interactions.

Needs Assessment:

Understand customer requirements to offer appropriate products/services.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and report on customer interactions and feedback.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, support, and other teams for customer success.
Essential Skills

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

Empathy & EQ:

High emotional intelligence to connect with customers.

Organization:

Strong multitasking, time management, and follow-through.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and data tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
