Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels remain high.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and service) to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services.
Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and interactions.
Support the sales and marketing team in client retention activities and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.
